Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SnagSteals, currently offered as a free early-access ("beta") service. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

What SnagSteals is — and is not

• SnagSteals finds and alerts you about fashion deals that match requests you create. It is an information service.
• We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, process payments, or handle shipping or returns. All purchases are made on the retailer's website under the retailer's own terms.
• Links in our alerts are affiliate links, as explained in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Prices and availability

Prices, discounts, and stock change quickly and are controlled entirely by retailers. We work hard to alert you while a deal is live, but we cannot guarantee that a price or size shown in an alert is still available when you click. The price shown on the retailer's website at checkout is the one that applies.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SnagSteals.
• Keep your email account secure — sign-in links are sent to it.
• Don't abuse the service (for example, automated scraping of our alerts, or creating requests designed to disrupt the system). We may suspend accounts that do.

Beta service, provided "as is"

SnagSteals is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for purchase decisions you make based on our alerts. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 USD.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change/discontinue features as the beta evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
